It’s the Friday before Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, and while many students are looking forward to the long weekend, it’s important to stay on task and use some of this time off to your advantage.  

Underclassmen: If you haven’t already, begin to make a college prep plan! It may seem early, but there’s a lot that you can do to get started now! Use your day off to get a head start and learn what you can do this school year to be prepared when it comes time to apply to college.

Staying informed is also one of the most important things families can do when preparing for college. Higher education is constantly evolving, and with more students applying to more colleges, the admissions landscape is ever changing.
