IvyWise Class of 2017: Where Are They Going?

It was a great admissions season for the IvyWise class of 2017, with 91% of our students gaining admission to one or more of their top choice colleges. IvyWise students received over 400 acceptances to over 140 different colleges, but where are they enrolling?

This year, IvyWise students secured offers of admission to all eight Ivy League colleges, as well as Stanford University, MIT, UCLA, and the University of Chicago, just to name a few. Many of these highly selective colleges and universities reported record-low admission rates for the class of 2021.

Gaining admission to one or more of students’ top-choice colleges is just the beginning. Students still need to decide where to enroll for the fall, and that can be a difficult decision if students are weighing multiple offers of admission.

At IvyWise we encourage students to apply to institutions that are the best fit for their needs and goals, and to reevaluate those priorities when it comes time to decide where to enroll for the fall. The advising process doesn’t stop once admission decisions are in – we guide students through the process of selecting where to enroll, too.
